Utilising a Personal Trainer in a 1-2-1 or small group scenario (2-4 people), is one of the best ways to work towards reaching your goals, as all sessions are designed towards your current physi-kal situation.

Aiming to gradually improve, move forwards and seeing results in elements like movement capacity, fitness levels, general strength, posture, lean muscle, reduction in body fat etc.

I’ve have been a certified advanced personal trainer since 2008, also working as a tutor for Premier global / NASM.

During this time I have worked with clients from all walks of life, and especially today with low back pain being one of the biggest issues in the UK. Through poor posture, working/lifestyle situations, poor current training techniques/movement & sporting issues for example, make sure you select the right personal trainer, one who is well qualified & highly experienced.
